After being there 3x, I have NOT recieved any help with an embarrassing missing tooth. A simple temporary (post) tooth would simply suffice. I have mentioned a Job Interview. Also, no comment or opinions were given to point me in the right direction to what I need to do either. Except Have a good day. All I have to say is Bleep this Place.
I just scheduled my children's cleanings here and the phone staff was friendly, articulate, thorough, knowledgeable and everything I would expect when I call to schedule an appointment. I have visited this facility but not had care done here yet, but I do know some of the "inside features" and have to say HIGHLY IMPRESSIVE!!! This is a state-of-the art facility associated with the local college system - hence the reason I am trying the facility out for my children's cleanings - despite the need for a little commute from the Tomahawk area - I'm impressed enough with their capabilities and I certainly want to ensure my children a great dental experience. I trust that this state-of-the-art facility will offer that. From my experience/knowledge thus far, I am pleased and impressed.
Don't bother wasting your time or money by going here. They cancel appointments THE SAME DAY that it's scheduled for, with no reason and it's happened not once but TWICE. It's unprofessional and shows how little they care about their patients. I hope more people don't have to suffer thru pain just because of these idiots.
Extremely unprofessional and inexperienced office staff. You will be bullied into have unnecessary and unwanted procedures and they will perform procedures you haven't consented for. You will not know how much your procedure will cost until you get the bill and the bill will be incorrect. Not to mention they will totally botch your procedure and you'll have permanent issues with your teeth and mouth. Do not go here!!
